Crafting[ | ]
Crafting in Signs of Life is simple. The player must mine the area and kill creatures for materials. Players can gather the appropriate materials using the right Pickaxe or Weapon. For example, if a player wanted to make a shirt, one of the items they would need Wool to make Wool Bolt. They can find this material by killing Sheep. Afterward the MEG Tool will update the recipe menu with new recipes for all the items your just found. The player can unlock many of the game's recipes by simply digging and killing creatures.

Projects are crafted items that require several other items that are made from materials. By building the required items, the player can combine those items to make stronger items. The Campfire is an example of how the player would gather resources to build.
