Can be used to upgrade your MEG 'Manipulate' slot. Will increase the Radius of blocks you can 'Manipulate' (grab/drop/build) by 5. Will also allow you to 'grab' with your Grab Laser 5 items at once.
Can be found in 'Mineral Deposits', high level deposits yield better chance to drop gems and drop better gems, high level deposits can be found at lower levels underground.
